What? Online training, that just sounds weird right? It’s growing ladies and here is why:
1) Scheduling is a non-issue. For my clients who work regular hours, booking in with a trainer from 6:30am – 9:30pm can be a headache. Additionally, a strict appointment time puts undue pressure on you, when you are already time challenged. It’s frustrating to show up a few minutes late, because of traffic, family or work issues, and miss out on part of your workout that you paid for, or miss out completely.
2) You actually no longer have to go to a gym. For many women, gyms are uncomfortable environments and they aren’t always located conveniently. I create custom workouts based not only on your goals, but what you like to do, and what equipment you have. For many women, we can get started with one set of weights, bands, and even no weights. Already working out and want to go to the next level, I have you covered here too. I meet you where you are at with the goal of getting you where you want to be.
3) If you love going to a gym, that’s great too. Maybe you take a class but are intimated by the “workout” area because you aren’t really sure what to do and hiring an in-person personal trainer simply isn’t in your budget. Having me as your online trainer is a lot more cost-effective.
4) Stronger Accountability and Support. When we get together via Skype or phone, it’s not for me to count your reps, it’s time 100% focused on you, your goals, what’s working well, roadblocks, successes, nutrition, etc. (the nature of these calls will vary depending on the program you are in).
5) You get a client app to track your progress, communicate with me, exercise videos, and much more.
