1/2 tsp Coconut Oil
2/3 cup Oats
2/3 cup Oat Milk
2 tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce
2 tsp Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Chia Seeds
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2/3 cup Blueberries
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease the ramekins with the oil.
- Add all remaining ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly between the ramekins and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
Leftovers – Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to five days.
Serving Size – These were made in 8-ounce (120-mL) ramekin dishes.
No Applesauce – Omit or use mashed banana instead.
