3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup Quick Oats (dry)
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 serving Protein Powder (25 grams of protein)
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- Combine all the ingredients into a small mixing bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or up to overnight. Stir in additional almond milk to think if needed before serving. Enjoy!
