Terms and conditions for services

Welcome to NourishLiftGrow, LLC. By engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before signing.

 

1. Purpose and Scope

The purpose of our health coaching services is to enhance overall well-being through nutritional education, whole foods, and lifestyle adjustments. Our services do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. These terms govern all services provided by Nancy Leeds Gribble, including 1:1 coaching, macro assessments, and any associated programs.

2. Medical Disclaimer

  • Nancy Leeds Gribble is a Certified Health, Nutrition, and Macro Coach, not a licensed Dietitian, Naturopath, or Medical Physician.

  • Coaching services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any changes to your diet or supplement intake should be discussed with a licensed healthcare provider.

  • If any disease, disorder, or condition is suspected, you are encouraged to consult a medical professional promptly.

  • You are solely responsible for your health decisions.

  • Any discussion of medications is strictly for historical reference; Nancy Leeds Gribble does not assess the appropriateness of medications.

3. Client Responsibilities

By participating in coaching services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All information you provide is truthful and complete.

  • You assume full responsibility for any dietary or lifestyle changes.

  • You will not discontinue any prescribed treatment without consulting your physician.

  • Nancy Leeds Gribble reserves the right to refer clients to appropriate professionals if a case falls outside the scope of coaching services.

4. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

  • Participation in coaching services is voluntary and at your own risk.

  • You release and discharge Nancy Leeds Gribble and NourishLiftGrow, LLC from any claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, or legal actions arising from services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  • This release applies to you, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

  • You waive your right to pursue legal action related to coaching services provided.

5. Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for purchased goods or services.

  • You agree to pay in full for the service level selected, regardless of payment plan selection.

  • Payment disputes will not be accepted once services have begun.

  • Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice. Your final payment will be due at the time of notice, and services will continue until the final month concludes.

  • If you change your payment method, you must notify Nancy Leeds Gribble at least 48 hours before your scheduled payment.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

  • Your personal and health information will be kept confidential and not shared without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Texas

  • Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Texas, Harris County.

8. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By signing below, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You understand that Nancy Leeds Gribble is a Health Coach, not a medical professional.

  • You accept full responsibility for your health choices.

  • You waive any and all claims against Nancy Leeds Gribble and NourishLiftGrow, LLC related to coaching services.

  • You have provided an accurate medical history and understand that coaching services do not replace medical advice.
